The Fun of Working Holiday Visa Australia

It means you work your way around the country as you travel! The jobs have to be temporary in nature, which means you cannot stay with the same employer the whole time, but that is not a bad thing because if you would, you wouldn't see much of Australia!

Australia is such a big country and I really hope that you don't get stuck in a city and spend everything you earn in nightclubs, and end up with no money to travel around. You only get to do this once so make the most of it! Go and travel and work in the countryside too, and see different parts of Australia.

How to Get the Working Holiday Visa Australia

You have two options:

1. Go to the Australian Government's DIMIA website and do all the paperwork yourself. You have to find which visa applies to you, then fill forms, understand the government language, and you have to get together a lot of different paperwork and documents that are required. Still your application may be rejected.

2. If everything is too overwhelming it is smart to use a reputable visa agency that does all the boring job for you, and makes sure your visa will be approved. One such visa agency I can definitely recommend is Visa First.

Visa First

At Visa First, they don't only make sure you get your visa approved.

They also get you an Australian bank account and tax file number, they look for jobs and accommodation for you, they have a mail address for you and they give you a year's free internet access.

They even do airport pickups and organise parties where the newly arrived visa holders can get together.

They have definitely thought of everything you need to work and travel Australia on a working holiday visa.

If I was to come to Australia today I would definitely look into them.

Citizens of the United States of America, your visa information is here.

Citizens of Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Taiwan or the United Kingdom - your visa information is here.

If you have worked at least three months during your first year on the working holiday visa, you can apply for one more year! The second year visa information is here. Note that there are rules to what work and what areas qualify for being counted towards the three months, so do read carefully.

Get your questions answered on free live chat: In the top right hand corner of Visa First web pages is a little box for 'live chat' where you can ask any question about your situation and any visa to Australia, including working visas, and get immediate answers for free from a customer service representative.
