There are many different shapes and sizes of kangaroos, wallabies and other kangaroo-like animals in Australia. In the outback, you are likely to spot the large Red Kangaroo, while on the eastern coast you will see the Eastern Gray Kangaroo, and on the western coast you are likely to see the Western Grey Kangaroo. Kangaroos are not too hard to get good photos of, but you won't get very close to them in the wild because they are shy and will jump away. With a long lense though you can get great pics.
