It was a carnivore, and
it is known to have eaten turtles, and some other, smaller dinosaurs.
It had sharp teeth and it was a strong swimmer. They lived in shallow
inland seas.
The best remains in the world were found in Australia, and Colombia.
The Australian remains were found near Richmond and Hughenden, inland
north Queensland, and taken to Harvard University (in the US), where it
was restored and has been displayed since.
