Australian visitor visa
is the
easiest visa to get.
If you want to come to Australia to travel or visit friends or
relatives, you need to apply for an Australian visitor visa, aka travel
visa to
Australia.
The visa is valid for three months, but you can 'extend' it to up to a
year by leaving the country and entering again (then it's valid three
months again until the next time.

allowed to do that three

This is a great way to do 'side trips' in some of our neighbouring
countries, some of the most popular destinations are New Zealand, Bali
and Pacific Islands.
