restaurants have influences from every continent in the world.

Melbourne is the most famous as a multicultural city, and of course
there are plenty of restaurants from every corner of the world. But
that doesn't mean that the rest of Australia doesn't serve any variety.

The larger the city the more variety, but even small towns nowadays
have
at least some Asian restaurants, maybe a few European - the most
popular are Italian and German.

And on top of that we have our
Australian food. A lot of restaurants specialise in local seafood, as
well as the classic Australian steaks of kangaroo, emu and crocodile.
Aboriginal bush tucker has also made its way to restaurants, and is
often served with kangaroo, emu and crocodile steaks.

Of course, there are so many restaurants in Australia that I make no
attempt to even start listing them..
